Bezel Pop — Privacy Policy

This policy describes how the game Bezel Pop (Android phone and Wear OS, package com.belanvlad.bezel_pop) handles information. Bezel Pop is developed by an independent developer ("we", "us").

Summary

• We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos or location ourselves.
• Your scores and settings stay on your device.
• The phone app shows ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described below.
• Purchases are handled by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Information stored on your device

The game stores, only on your device: your best score, sound on/off, which tips you have seen, the number of games played (for the "rate us" prompt and the watch play limit), whether you own Premium, and the time of your last game. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Advertising (phone app only)

The free phone version shows ads (an interstitial between games and an optional rewarded ad to continue a run) provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). To serve, personalise (where you allow it) and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:

• the device advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and other device identifiers;
• device and app information (model, OS version, language, app version);
• approximate location derived from your IP address;
• ad interactions (ads viewed or tapped) and diagnostic information.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent through Google's User Messaging Platform before ads are personalised. You can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads, or Settings › Google › Ads). Buying Premium removes ads from the phone app.

The Wear OS app does not show ads.

In-app purchases

The one-time "Premium" purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. Google handles your payment information under its own privacy policy. We only receive confirmation that the purchase is valid so that the app can unlock Premium.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the phone app may show a few local reminders after you have not played for some time. These reminders are scheduled on your device; no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the system notification settings.

Ratings

The app may show Google Play's built-in review dialog. Any review you leave is handled by Google Play.

Children

Bezel Pop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data sharing and sale

We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the processing by Google described above (AdMob and Google Play), we do not share information with third parties.

Security

Data exchanged with Google's services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Your rights

Because we do not keep personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To manage advertising data, use your device's ad settings or Google's tools at https://myadcenter.google.com. To delete the data stored on your device, uninstall the app.

This website

The website bezelpop.win uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. It remembers the language you pick in your browser's local storage, on your device only. The "Get it on Google Play" badge is loaded from Google's servers, and, like any web host, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
